We would advise very strongly that you determine the exact location of your hotel in relation to the conference location and the location of city facilities such as restaurants and banks. You may also care to ask them whether they have their own transport service into and back from town. Out of town hotels may well necessitate hiring a car for easy, safe and timely access to the conference location.
