For any prepaid booking (prior to arrival into the country via our website, T/T or credit card) Kaiviti will include complimentary continental breakfast daily and internet (fixed LAN in room and wifi within range of the bar) valued at 1,900vt per person per night.

All bookings are entirely the responsibility of the person doing the booking. The conference organisers are not responsible for anything to do with your booking except listing the following recommendations of hotels that have offered a special discount for Conference participants. Any claims made by the hotel are entirely their responsibility. We would advise very strongly that you determine the exact location of your hotel in relation to the conference location and the location of city facilities such as restaurants and banks. You may also care to ask them whether they have their own transport service into and back from town. Out of town hotels may well necessitate hiring a car for easy, safe and timely access to the conference location.
