Education Events Series
Thursday 27 April 2023

The Education Committee are pleased to announce our Education Events series! We are kicking off with our first Coffee’n’Chat session this Friday at 2pm and our first Teaching Toolbox on Monday at 10:30am.

The aim of these short sessions, which are we trialling for 2023, is to get people sharing successes and struggles in their teaching, swapping ideas, and generally geeking out together about education. This will enable us to develop a teaching ‘community of practice’ in the school and to draw on the wealth of amazing teaching knowledge and skill we have around the place.

  • Coffee’n’Chats are short and sweet (~30 minute) sessions involving walking to Coffee Lab and back, talking teaching along the way.
  • Teaching Toolboxes are 60 minute interactive workshops around key teaching topics. Your hosts for each session will jumpstart discussions and brainstorms through sharing teaching stories and inspire us to boldy go where no teacher has gone before!

All are welcome, please see the poster below for details.
